Carved out of a Tagua Nut, this powder pink Ayla Tagua Nut and Diamond Ring is sweet and subtle whilst still making a lasting impression. The round brilliant cut diamonds which are set into the Ayla Tagua Nut and Diamond Ring are reminiscent of butterflies or swallows, sparkling as they flit across the surface of the ring.
Tagua Nuts, which are known as vegetable ivory, come from a species of palms known as Phytelephas, or ivory palms, ivory-nut palms or tagua palms; the scientific name Phytelephas means “plant elephant”, because the seeds can be carved to look like elephant ivory.
