THE JEWEL BOX PRESENTS MORPHOSIS
The transformation of a little palm tree nut into a dreamy range of high jewellery
SINGAPORE, October 2, 2017—The Jewel Box is proud to showcase in the highly-anticipated annual jewellery event now known as JeweLuxe from October 6th to 15th, 2017 at Tent@Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road.
Loved by clients all over the world for transforming challenging stones or gems into delightfully unexpected pieces, The Jewel Box has upped the game this time with its Morphosis collection.
Playing along with this year’s theme of New World Wonderland, the specially launched Morphosis series brings to the world a collection of eye-popping rings and earrings inspired by the humble tagua nut.
Growing in Central and South American countries such as Panama and Ecuador, the tagua tree needs 15 years to bear fruit. The nuts are commonly used as eco materials for making buttons and accessories.
At The Jewel Box however, the Morphosis is a fabulous evolution from the jewellery house’s own Chikka collection which uses the nut itself. The Morphosis replaces the nut with white, rose and yellow gold.
Shaped and carved by hand into the bold, organic form of the humble tagua nut, nothing is modest about the Morphosis collection. Embellished with precious materials such as onyx, lapis lazuli, malachite and mother of pearl, they are made more striking with diamonds.

The Jewel Box remains at the forefront of a competitive industry due to their own prolific creativity and unyielding quality control, allowing clients to continue showing off unique jewellery pieces that ‘No One Else Has’—its tagline—with confidence over the decades.
“Our high jewellery pieces are not just designed to turn heads but also to be worn safely, knowing that we are involved in every step of their creation,” says Vinod More, director and gemmologist at The Jewel Box.
With that firmly in mind, each Morphosis piece is unique in its shape, and special to behold. See them for yourself this October with the following details:

About The Jewel Box
