Our delicate Ilka Diamond Ring features 14 princess-cut diamonds, 43 round diamonds and a central brilliant round diamond making up 1.44 carats, all set in 18k white gold. The light fretwork of precious metal filigree was handmade by our skilled artisans in our own atelier.
